All three bedrooms come with delightfully King size beds. Fully furnished. Each bedroom is carpeted to reduce noise and increase calmness. Bathrooms have natural solar light beating through the ceiling. The master bedroom has a built-in wall desk for your laptop or for your personal private study space. The dining room table seats six comfortably with a very open concept, kitchen and living room.

We specifically host for those who need a quiet comfortable place away from home. This house does not allow for parties or events. We have a very humble neighborhood and the neighbors like to keep things quiet and safe at all times.

The perfect cozy little home located in the center of Tiger Bay State Forest. This Daytona Beach home is located in high Ridge Estates, which is a very high class quiet clean safe neighborhood. The neighborhood is very friendly with most of the residents who have been around for many years who appreciates a neighborhood with quality and character.

Guest Access

The entire house is for your use and enjoyment except for the garage. The garage is not part of the rental agreement.

We were in Daytona for bike week and this place was perfect for the occasion. It's just down the road from all the events, restaurants, entertainment etc. The house was very clean with all the accommodations you'd need for a stay. Great communication from the owners and they were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Find us

His neighborhood is a driving neighborhood primarily you'll need a car to be able to get anywhere. However, the host does rent out a family bicycle that is for fun not for a main source of travel.
