We are 15 minutes from the “WORLDS MOST FAMOUS BEACH”. 10 minutes from amazing shopping. 6 minutes to the Speedway. Minutes from I-95 and I-4. You could not ask for a more perfect place to be. The house speaks for itself. It is completely redone and designed in a way to make you feel at home and need NOTHING during your stay.

This newly renovated house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and Game room garage. It has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan and central air conditioning. Enjoy your evenings in the screened in patio with tv and bbq and a dart board. The front deck has seating and a fire pit.

Please keep pets off of the furniture. It’s not that we don’t LOVE our furry friends but it has to do with health concerns for future guests. We have to do extra cleaning to keep our guests healthy a priority. No parties. No guests other than what is stated on your reservation are allowed on the property unless explicit permission given by the host. No exceptions. Park in the driveway only. Please stay off the grass. If additional parking is needed ask host for help.

The entire house is available in a nice quiet neighborhood. A personal door code will be generated just for you. The garage is perfect to park your motorcycle or small vehicles. Awesome fenced in backyard with a state park view.

Scott is truly a great host. The home was very nice. Clean in every way I loved the decor. home was stocked with all necessary amenities. I will recommend to my friends if they are in the area. Also kid friendly has a game room. Will look for availability if in the area again.

We came down to visit family in the area and were extremely pleased with our choice for our stay. Scott was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The property was as described and felt like home. Everything was very clean and ready for our use. The complimentary items like coffee and tea were much appreciated. Our only regret was that our stay wasn’t longer. We will definitely choose this home again!

This house was absolutely gorgeous in every way!! It was decorated beautifully and set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Scott was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. I loved the warm, blue lights, and the calming vibe of the house. The games in the garage were an added bonus, along with the swing and darts in the back! Such an amazing stay here, and I would 100% recommend!!

The house was perfect! It was honestly even better than the photos. It was so clean and nicely decorated. The game room in the garage was a nice touch, and the screened porch and swing were great places to relax. The neighbors next door had two friendly dogs that never barked at us, and the house was close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the extra touches with lighting. Also, everything was labeled, which made it super easy to navigate the home quickly. Scott was proactive with responses, and we had no issues during our stay. We would absolutely stay at the house again, and we will make plans to do so in the summer!
